All screens Nationwide Ltd is seeking a Cancer Rehab Support Worker on a part-time basis (22.5 hours per week). You will help coordinate care by providing a single point of access, plus information about cancer and related services.
Under supervision, you will support independence and self-management, helping people navigate the health and social care system with empathy, honesty and integrity.
