Nurse Plus UK is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses to provide specialist renal care to clients in their own homes across Cornwall. You will deliver high-quality, one-to-one care and have time to build trusted relationships to support living safely and independently at home.
As a renal community nurse, you will work autonomously in the community, travel across Cornwall, and collaborate with families and the wider clinical team to ensure safe, respectful, patient-centred care.
