Berkshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust in Reading is seeking a Staff Nurse to join the Reading Urgent Community Response and Virtual Ward team. You will work with consultants, advanced nurse practitioners, nurses and paramedics to support patients at home and in care homes, reducing hospital admissions.
The role is 37.5 hours weekly, 8am–8pm, 7 days a week with weekend shifts, based at Bath Road, Reading.
