All screens Nationwide Ltd is seeking an experienced clinical pharmacist to join the primary care pharmacy team in Reading. The role focuses on medicines optimisation across the PCN, with structured medication reviews and support for patients with long‑term conditions.
You will work with pharmacy technicians and a dedicated administrator, contributing to prescribing safety initiatives and providing expert medicines advice to patients and colleagues.
