Key responsibilities:
Shadow and support new care workers during their community visits Help new team members build confidence and follow correct care procedures Carry out regular spot checks to ensure high standards are maintained Provide constructive feedback, coaching and guidance to care workers Monitor care delivery, professionalism, punctuality and record-keeping Identify training or development needs and report any concerns Promote person-centred care and ensure clients are treated with dignity and respect Work closely with the management team to improve the quality of our service
To apply , you must:
Have at least 3 years domiciliary care experience Have strong leadership and communication skills Be confident working independently in the community Be dependable, organised and committed to high-quality care Have a caring, approachable and professional attitude Previous experience as a Care Worker is essential, or a Senior Carer, Field Care Supervisor or similar would be an advantage.
