Royal Berkshire NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a skilled Pharmacist with clinical experience to join our pharmacy team. You will participate in clinical pharmacy services, review prescriptions, counsel patients, report ADRs and monitor therapies to optimise patient care.
Essential requirements include GPhC registration and a Masters in Pharmacy; desirable Post Graduate Diploma in Clinical Pharmacy. NHS experience is highly desirable and you will contribute to training and service development.
