ICON plc, a world-leading healthcare intelligence and clinical research organization, is seeking a Medical Coder in the UK (Reading) or South Africa. The role involves encoding adverse events and medical history using MedDRA and WHOdrug, adhering to departmental conventions and SOPs.
You'll work with medical monitors, Clinical and Data Management teams to ensure timely coding and data quality, using tools such as Medidata RAVE Coder, TMS and Veeva, and may train new staff as needed.
