Senior Support Worker – Woodley - £13.74p/h
Typical Shifts are: 7:30am - 2pm | 2pm - 9:30pm | 7:30am - 9:30pm including every other weekend.

Senior Support Workers with a passion for enhancing the quality of life of the people we support are at the heart of our management teams. We're currently searching for a fantastic Senior Support Worker to join our residential service in Woodley. This is a welcoming and friendly service supporting adults with learning disabilities to live fulfilling and independent lives.
As a Senior Support Worker with us, you'll support people to gain more independence while assisting the Manager with the day-to-day running of the service. Responsibilities may include allocating shifts, inducting new colleagues, supporting supervisions, ordering medication and helping people we support to manage their finances.
While taking on a leading role, you'll remain at the heart of delivering high-quality, person-centred support. You'll support with daily living tasks, medication, appointments, community activities and achieving personal goals, while promoting independence, choice and dignity.
We're looking for Senior Support Workers with both the right experience and values. You should have previous experience in a senior support role, a Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care, and experience supporting adults with learning disabilities. Experience supporting people with autism, communication needs, behaviours of distress or complex support needs would be advantageous.
