Impactful Wellbeing & Community Navigator
Turning Point UK is seeking a Wellbeing and Community Navigator to support people with Learning Disabilities across Warwickshire and the surrounding region. The role involves delivering information, signposting and 1-to-1 wellbeing sessions to help clients live more independently, with group workshops and community linking activities across a variety of settings.
You will need a driving licence and be willing to travel.
