Bank radiographer post in the Imaging team at Spire Clare Park Hospital, covering General Radiography and Theatre imaging on a bank basis. The work centres on producing diagnostic images across a range of referral pathways, adapting techniques to clinical protocols, and flagging significant pathology for escalation. Shifts run Monday to Friday within an 8am to 8pm operating day at an elective hospital with orthopaedic, urology and ENT services.
Applicants need HCPC registration as a diagnostic radiographer.
- Provide high-quality General and Theatre imaging services
- Adapt imaging techniques to a range of referral pathways and clinical protocols
- Recognise significant pathology and elevate findings appropriately
- Deliver exceptional patient care and maintain excellent communication standards
- Ensure Spire radiology procedures and quality standards are maintained
- Participate in mandatory training and ongoing professional development
- Diploma or Degree in Diagnostic Radiography
- HCPC registration as a radiographer
- Experience in General Radiography and/or Theatre imaging
- Strong communication skills
- Strong IT skills
- Cannulation and IV drug administration training
- Previous private healthcare experience
