Working alongside the Night Manager, you will think on your feet, proactively solve problems and support all hotel departments.

• Lead and motivate the night team, ensuring they are skilled and engaged.
• Execute brand standards and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Maintain strong relationships with all departments and coordinate cross‑functional activities.
• Handle guest concerns, resolve issues swiftly and ensure a safe environment.
• Support the Night Manager in operational tasks and shift handovers.

• Strong customer‑service skills and leadership ability.
• Experience in hospitality or related field is preferred.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Capacity to work independent and in a fast‑paced environment.
