Frazer Jones is seeking an experienced HR Advisor in Reading on a 9-month fixed term contract. You will join a high-performing HR team, delivering effective HR guidance across the employee lifecycle and ensuring a consistent, high-quality HR service.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in HR, strong knowledge of UK employment law, and hands-on ER experience. You should also be data literate and comfortable using HRIS platforms to drive insights and data accuracy.
