Primark is looking for an experienced HR Portfolio Change Analyst to support major HR transformation programmes at Portfolio level in Reading (Hybrid). You will facilitate structured, colleague-focused change across the organisation.
The ideal candidate will have 2–3+ years’ experience in Change or HR roles, involved in significant HR transformation projects. Strong organizational skills and experience with communication materials are essential.
