Radiantcarehomes is seeking an experienced and proactive HR Manager in Reading. This full-time hybrid role involves leading HR practices to support compliance with Ofsted and relevant laws.
The ideal candidate will manage the full employee lifecycle, support managers with HR guidance, and help maintain a positive workplace culture. Strong HR management experience, knowledge of UK employment law, and a CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent are essential.
