The Opportunity
We are seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant to lead from the front - driving revenue, mentoring consultants, and building long-term client partnerships within the education sector.

Lead and grow a high-performing education recruitment desk
Develop strategic relationships with Headteachers and MAT leaders
