About the Role

Recruitment Consultant for Accountancy Practice in Reading, responsible for building a specialist desk and placing top talent across the profession.

  • Source and engage accounting professionals from entry‑level through to Partner level
  • Proactively headhunt and build strong talent pipelines
  • Match high‑quality candidates to opportunities across the market
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle with pace and precision
