• Win new clients across Europe: cold calling, Linked In outreach, email, pitching, booking meetings
• Build relationships with hiring managers and senior stakeholders across large European organisations
• Source and qualify IT contractors across Europe (skills, availability, rate expectations)
• Negotiate rates/terms and close deals
• Hit daily activity targets and keep your pipeline/CRM organised

• Realistic Year 1 earnings: £30,000+ OTE
