Read Easy Central Sussex is seeking a dedicated Volunteer Recruiter to help publicise vacancies and manage applications. This hybrid role involves researching volunteer sources and working closely with the team to ensure efficient recruitment processes, ensuring adherence to the Safer Recruitment Procedure.
Ideal candidates will have recruitment experience, be able to work independently, and also as part of a team. Being involved in decision-making as part of the Management Team is a key aspect of this role.
