- Competitive salary of £50,000 pa
- Role to start on a 6-month contract
- Hybrid working model
- 35 hours per week
You'll be a strong fit if you have:
- Experience managing high-volume, multi-phase HR or people operations work streams
- Strong stakeholder management skills in a complex matrix environment
- Excellent tracking and reporting capability using tools such as Excel, Smartsheet, Workday, Power Automate, or similar
- Confidence handling sensitive employee data in line with GDPR
- Clear communication skills, especially when explaining process or contract updates to employees and managers
- The ability to stay calm, organised, and precise in a fast-moving environment
Experience in M&A integration, TUPE, employee transfers, large-scale onboarding, or multi-country EMEA HR operations would be a strong advantage.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys structured delivery, programme pace, and being the person who keeps people, process, and paperwork moving in the same direction
