The Old Station Nursery Group is hiring a Recruitment Business Partner to lead regional recruitment across a portfolio of nurseries. You will act as a trusted advisor to Nursery and Area Managers, shaping attraction strategies and delivering an outstanding candidate experience.
You will build strong relationships, source and screen candidates, and coach managers on inclusive hiring and safer recruitment while collaborating with onboarding and employer branding initiatives.
