Wade Macdonald is recruiting for an HR Manager on a 3-6 month fixed-term contract in Reading. The role is hybrid, with two days in the office and three from home, and involves broad HR responsibilities across recruitment, onboarding, ER cases, and policy maintenance.
The successful candidate will have at least five years in HR, CIPD Level 5 or above, strong UK employment-law knowledge, and experience with HR systems and people data. Reading-based hybrid work model offered.
