Location: Outskirts of Reading (Office-based with free parking)
Salary: Up to 35000 basic Commission (up to 30%)

The Role:
Youll join a contracts desk focused on placing top freelance talent into roles across AI Machine Learning and Data Engineering. Working with fast-scaling start-ups through to global tech firms youll be responsible for:

• Building and managing client relationships

• Sourcing and engaging skilled contract engineers

• Negotiating rates closing deals and managing the full recruitment cycle

• Working closely with an experienced team in a high-support high-reward environment

Who were looking for:
Were open to backgrounds success here is all about attitude energy and a willingness to learn. You should have:

• 12 months in B2B sales OR 12 months recruitment experience (any sector)

• Confidence on the phone and in person

• Ambition to build a long-term career in specialist tech recruitment

• Strong organisational skills and resilience
