We’re looking for a Permanent Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Theale, working on some of the most exciting and high-potential desks in the business. You’ll be connecting top technical talent with companies at the forefront of semiconductors, software, AI, quantum, photonics and electronics.

What you’ll be doing
Building and maintaining a global network of permanent professionals.
Managing the full 360 recruitment cycle across niche deep tech markets.
Developing strong client relationships and winning new business.
Partnering with hiring managers to deliver high-quality permanent hires.
What we’re looking for
Proven sales or recruitment experience (permanent recruitment is a bonus).
A proactive, commercial mindset with excellent relationship-building skills.
Curiosity for the deep tech world – from AI to semiconductors.
