Regional HR Business Partner

An exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Business Partner with a strong background gained within a Legal/Accountancy/Partnership-led setting.

This is a regional position with accountability for a c.350 headcount based across four offices in the South to deliver and align People initiatives with the Business strategy and reporting to the Head of HR Business Partnering. Working with senior stakeholders to build organisation and people capabilities, this will include change management, talent management, salary and pay reviews, performance, organisational design, engagement and employee relations.

The role combines strategic and operational requirements, shaping and implementing an effective people strategy and activities, moving the HR team and educating stakeholders towards a strong Business Partnering model. The position manages an HR Advisor and you will also be supported by HR Operations.

Ideally your HR Business Partner experience will have been gained within a Partnership environment. Alongside your strategic and operational skill set you will be able to manage complex senior ER case work when required. Experience of managing and working with stakeholders across multiple sites would be an advantage.

Working regionally it's likely that you will need to travel to one of four sites on a monthly basis and will be able to access London on occasion. As such if you are based between Bristol and London or the Home Counties this might suit you well.
