Multi-Site HR Manager Multi-Site - Travel required (The Holly, Highgate, Brentwood, Tunbridge Wells and Parkside Hospitals) | Fixed Term

6 Months | Full Time Competitive salary available, depending on experience 37.5 hours per week

• Business Partnering & Advisory Support the Senior HR Business Partner in delivering the people strategy across designated business areas.
• Partner with leaders and managers to provide pragmatic, commercially focused HR advice.
• Deliver manager training and coaching to strengthen leadership and people management skills.
• Support organisational change, restructures, and workforce planning activities.
• Employee Relations Lead and manage complex employee relations cases, including disciplinary, grievance, capability, absence management, and performance concerns.
• Ensure fair, consistent, and legally compliant people practices.
• Identify trends in employee relations activity and recommend proactive interventions.
• Talent & Performance Support talent management, succession planning, and growth initiatives.
• Drive performance management processes and support managers in addressing performance challenges.
• Contribute to employee engagement and retention strategies.
• HR Operations & Compliance Monitor key people metrics and provide insights to support decision‑making.
• Support audit, governance, and risk management requirements.
• Work closely with HR colleagues to continuously improve HR processes and employee experience.
• Change & Project Delivery Lead and support HR projects that align with organisational priorities.
• Contribute to culture, engagement, wellbeing, diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives.
• Support the implementation of organisational change programmes and transformation activity.

• CIPD Level 5 or above (Level 7 desirable).
• Significant HR generalist experience, ideally within a business partnering environment.
• Strong employee relations expertise with experience managing complex and sensitive cases.
• Experience advising and influencing managers at various levels.
• Knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
• Experience supporting organisational change and restructures.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Knowledge of Workday - preferred.
