Bridge Recruitment is seeking an experienced HR Specialist to join a Berkshire-based commercial cleaning business on a 12–18 month fixed-term contract. The role covers the full employee lifecycle with a focus on employee relations and process improvement, working with managers across head office and field teams.
The position is office-based, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with flexible hours between 7:30am and 6:00pm.
