This full time Recruitment Consultant position with Pertemps in Reading offers £28,000 annually plus uncapped commission. Working Monday to Thursday 07:30–17:00 and Friday 07:30–16:30, the successful candidate will build relationships with clients and applicants, matching individuals to temporary and permanent vacancies. - Developing and maintaining strong client relationships, engaging at every stage of the recruitment process
- Achieving and exceeding individual and branch targets through proactive service delivery
- Matching candidates to suitable roles, ensuring their skills align with client requirements
- Ensuring full compliance with legal and ethical recruitment standards, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
- Managing payroll processes to ensure timely and accurate payments for flexible workers
- A confident communicator with experience in a customer-facing or sales-focused role
- Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to maximise service delivery and revenue
- Understanding of recruitment processes, employment rights, and diversity & inclusion principles
- Excellent relationship management skills across all levels
- A positive and driven attitude, eager to succeed in a fast-paced industry
- A valid UK driving licence (preferred)
