Reed Business Support are seeking an Employee Relations Advisor to join a busy HR team, providing expert guidance and support across a wide range of employee relations matters.

The Role As an Employee Relations Advisor, you will be responsible for managing and advising on a broad range of ER cases while supporting managers with practical, commercially focused HR solutions.

Key responsibilities include:

Managing disciplinary, grievance, capability and absence management cases from start to finish. Providing advice and guidance to managers on employee relations issues and employment legislation. Supporting investigations, hearings and appeals. Advising on performance management and employee wellbeing matters. Assisting with policy interpretation and implementation. Ensuring all casework is managed in line with company procedures and employment law. Maintaining accurate HR records and documentation.

Supporting wider HR projects and initiatives as required. What We're Looking For Previous experience within an Employee Relations Advisor, HR Advisor or similar role. Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices. Experience managing complex ER cases independently. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to build strong working relationships at all levels. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage a varied workload.
