Warrington - Hybrid (minimum 3 days onsite) Salary: £50k - £56k 20 month FTC I am looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead HR projects across complex business change and growth. This is a hands-on HR project delivery role, ideal for someone with proven experience delivering people change, particularly within a unionised environment . What You'll Do Lead HR work streams from project initiation through to completion.

Manage TUPE transfers, restructures, changes to working practices and new ways of working. Lead employee consultation and build effective relationships with trade unions and key stakeholders. Work closely with HR specialists including Reward, L&D and HRBPs to deliver successful outcomes. Provide expert guidance on complex people matters. Ensure projects comply with employment legislation, HR policies and best practice. What I am Looking For Proven experience delivering HR/People projects, including TUPE, restructures, reward and terms & conditions.

Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice. Experience working in a unionised environment. Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills. Strong project management and organisational skills. CIPD Level 5 qualified or equivalent experience. What You'll Get 26 days' annual leave, rising to 30, plus 8 bank holidays.
