ASAP We're looking for an experienced HR Manager to join the business on an interim basis, supporting managers and employees across a busy and changing environment. This is a broad generalist HR role , offering the opportunity to get involved across the full employee lifecycle. A key part of the role will be providing hands-on support and advice around Employee Relations , alongside organisational change, employee engagement, performance and day-to-day HR matters.

You'll work closely with managers and the wider People team, providing pragmatic and commercial HR advice and helping managers navigate people challenges effectively.

Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive generalist HR support across the employee lifecycle. Advise and coach managers on a range of people matters. Manage and support Employee Relations cases , including complex issues. Support organisational change and workforce-related projects. Provide advice on performance, absence, conduct and other employee matters. Partner with managers to identify and resolve people challenges. Support recruitment and workforce planning where required.

Contribute to wider HR and people projects across the business. Build strong, trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels. About You You'll ideally have:
Strong generalist HR experience. Good Employee Relations experience. Experience partnering with and coaching line managers. Confidence working in a fast-paced, changing environment. A practical, solutions-focused approach. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. The ability to hit the ground running and work autonomously.
