The Role You don’t need recruitment experience. We’ll teach you the industry, the sales process and how to build your own desk from the ground up. As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you’ll:
Build relationships with candidates and clients Source talent through Linked In, job boards and direct outreach Speak to candidates and understand their career goals Develop new business and build your client network Manage vacancies from initial brief through to placement Negotiate offers and close deals Develop your own specialist technology market It’s a sales-focused, target-driven role where your performance directly impacts your earnings and progression.
