Our consulting team brings together diverse advisory experts to deliver six core solutions: business transformation, forensic, deal services, restructuring, finance function support, and risk and governance. The solutions address unique client needs—such as supporting global expansion, developing acquisition strategies, facilitating private‑equity investments, and managing risk and governance—to help clients achieve sustainable, future‑fit businesses.

We are launching ambitious growth plans that will create diverse career opportunities. The Consulting Technical Team, which you will join, provides outstanding technical support to all client‑facing teams across our six solutions. This role enables you to develop and deliver training that equips our people with the knowledge and confidence they need to succeed.

Responsibilities
  • Designing and delivering blended‑learning programmes for early careers and experienced professionals, both online and in‑person.
  • Reviewing and refreshing existing training content to maintain relevance, accuracy, and compliance with current standards.
  • Converting business needs into practical learning experiences.
  • Identifying skills gaps and implementing targeted training to support capability growth.
  • Collaborating with technical experts and senior leaders to co‑create innovative learning solutions and expand your professional network.
What we are looking for
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into practical, engaging learning content.
  • Project management skills to ensure delivery of own work within agreed time frames.
  • Self‑motivated and able to work on own initiative.
  • Driving force in innovating and leveraging digital technology tools.
  • CAA, ACA/CA qualified with a strong knowledge of risk and governance systems and processes.
