This role sits at the heart of delivering complex service and delivery solutions that enable mission‑critical outcomes. You’ll take ownership of delivery activity, lead expert work streams, and collaborate across teams and partners to drive measurable success.

Due to the secure nature of the programme, you will need to hold the highest level of UK Security Clearance. This role is based 5 days a week on site near Reading.

In this role, you will lead the technical delivery management of a complex Defence project. You will oversee service and delivery solutions across a large‑scale infrastructure and application integration programme. You will manage multiple work streams led by specialist SMEs, ensuring delivery aligns with contractual, commercial, and operational objectives. Working closely with clients and suppliers, you will take ownership of service outcomes, drive continuous improvement, and ensure a robust transition into service.

• Lead & coordinate technical delivery management
• Own & govern service (run) and delivery solutions end to end
• Manage & integrate multiple SME‑led work streams
• Drive strong client & supplier relationships across complex ecosystems
• Oversee contract, commercial, and service performance commitments
• Ensure effective delivery across hybrid programme models

You will bring strong experience in Defence or enterprise‑scale programmes, with a proven ability to lead complex service and delivery initiatives, manage commercial relationships, and deliver outcomes in secure environments.

• Extensive experience within Defence and enterprise business systems
• Proven project and service delivery leadership on large programmes
• Demonstrable experience supporting or leading large bid activity
• Strong contract and commercial management capability
