Role Overview :

The Head of Growth is a critical senior role within Wireless Logic’s Group Marketing team. Reporting to the Group CMO and working closely with the Heads of Brand & Communications and Product Marketing, this role owns the end-to-end strategy and execution for digital demand generation.

The core mission :

deliver high-quality inbound opportunities that fuel pipeline growth and commercial performance.

We are looking for a proven B2B / SaaS growth marketing expert, someone who combines vision with precision, strategy with relentless execution and who is deeply familiar with the shifting digital landscape shaped by AI, automation and data. The ideal candidate will be capable of growing and leading a high‑performing team, defining a modern martech stack and building scalable programs that continuously improve opportunity creation, conversion and ROI.

Daily Quest (Key Responsibilities) :
Growth Strategy & Execution (25%)
  • Build and lead the Wireless Logic digital growth marketing strategy aligned to commercial and pipeline targets.
  • Define and continuously refine the customer acquisition model, including audience targeting, buyer journeys, funnel stages and conversion tactics.
  • Establish a clear growth roadmap integrating SEO, SEM, LLM optimisation, paid social, programmatic, retargeting, CRO, ABM and website optimisation.
Inbound Opportunity Generation (25%)
  • Own the end-to-end inbound opportunity generation engine : from campaign planning and media spend to lead qualification and hand-off.
  • Drive a sustained increase in pipeline through effective activation of performance marketing and AI-driven targeting channels.
  • Maximise effectiveness of paid media campaigns and optimise across platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Linked In, industry networks).
Website Performance & Conversion (20%)
  • Lead website strategy in close collaboration with the Head of Brand, combining compelling storytelling with world‑class UX, CRO and SEO / LLM optimisation.
  • Use tools such as web analytics, heatmaps, user testing and experimentation to enhance conversion and reduce friction in the buying journey.
AI & Martech Leadership (10%)
  • Stay at the forefront of how LLMs, generative search and evolving buyer behaviours shape digital marketing.
  • Define and implement a modern martech ecosystem to enable smarter targeting, automation, attribution and personalisation at scale.
ABM & Strategic Campaigns (10%)
  • Design and execute account‑based marketing strategies for strategic enterprise targets in collaboration with sales and product marketing.
  • Leverage data and tools to personalise engagement and maximise conversion from key accounts.
