MS Dynamics Team Lead

Overview

My client are looking for an experienced MS Dynamics Team Lead to provide management and hands-on development and support leadership expertise to a small, dedicated MS Dynamics team.

The successful applicant will have a strong background of leading Dynamics support and development teams creating new Dynamics products and supporting a complex MS Dynamics environment. Some Architect level experience would be highly advantageous, with the ability to act as an SME for Governance within the team.

This role will involve working alongside a third party supplier for some development and support. Therefore, strong supplier management and business-side advocacy experience is essential, taking ownership for the quality assurance of third party outputs.

Other tasks will involve road mapping for new Dynamics-based products and fostering an environment of Continuous Improvement including a focus on continuous enhancements. A strong background in Agile environments is essential.

• Provide management and hands-on development and support leadership to a small MS Dynamics team.

• Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for Governance within the team; architectural level experience is advantageous.
• Collaborate with a third party supplier for development and support; take ownership for the quality assurance of third party outputs.
• Road map for new Dynamics-based products and foster an environment of Continuous Improvement, including ongoing enhancements.
• Operate in an Agile environment with a focus on delivering value iteratively.
• Maintain a weekly onsite presence and contribute to career growth within a dynamic environment.

• Experience leading Dynamics support and development teams.
• Proven ability to create new Dynamics products and support a complex MS Dynamics environment.
• Architect level experience and governance SME capabilities are advantageous.
• Strong supplier management and business-side advocacy experience.
• Willingness to work onsite weekly and participate in a dynamic, growing environment.
