Lead Infrastructure Engineer; DV Cleared – Sovereign AI & Secure Capability Development

The Opportunity

The Opportunity: We are building a dedicated AI Infrastructure Capability to support a diverse portfolio of national security and defense projects. We aren't looking for someone to manage a single system; we need an architect to help us build a repeatable, gold-standard blueprint for delivering AI in air gapped environments.

The Role: As a Lead Engineer within our internal capability team, you will act as the technical bridge between cutting-edge AI hardware and the rigorous requirements of DV-cleared, air-gapped environments. You will develop the "platform-as-a-product" that our various customer-facing teams will use to deploy LLMs and high-performance compute workloads.

• Blueprinting: Designing modular, secure-by-default AI platforms that can be adapted for multiple customer environments.
• The "Air-Gap" Problem: Creating the internal tooling and processes to manage content acquisition, model updates, and software life cycles in disconnected estates.
• Secure Multi-Tenancy: Ensuring our platforms can support diverse mission sets on shared hardware without compromising isolation.

• Current UK Developed Vetting (DV).
• A background in High-Performance Compute (HPC) or Enterprise-scale Virtualization.
• The ability to think "programmatically"—building internal standards that can be rolled out across multiple projects.
