A major global retailer is seeking an experienced Technology Project Manager to lead the delivery of critical work streams within a large‑scale Oracle Retail Releases Programme
. This role will oversee end‑to‑end delivery across a complex technology portfolio, working closely with Product leadership and a major supplier partner to ensure successful, high‑quality outcomes.
You will manage the full lifecycle of technology projects within the Oracle Retail portfolio, ensuring delivery against defined scope, timelines, budgets and quality standards. Operating at the heart of a high‑profile transformation, you’ll drive alignment across business, product and technology teams, maintain strong governance, and keep delivery momentum across multiple work streams.
Key Responsibilities- Lead end‑to‑end delivery of complex technology projects within the Oracle Retail ecosystem.
- Manage scope, timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies and quality across assigned work streams.
- Work closely with Product teams and a major SI partner (Wipro) to coordinate delivery and resolve issues.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans aligned to strategic objectives.
- Provide clear, concise reporting to senior stakeholders, escalating risks and decisions appropriately.
- Ensure adherence to enterprise delivery governance, architecture, engineering and compliance standards.
- Build strong relationships across business and technology teams, driving collaboration and alignment.
- Oversee vendor performance, contract adherence and deliverable quality.
- Lead and motivate cross‑functional teams to achieve successful outcomes.
- 5+ years’ experience as a Project Manager delivering complex technology projects.
- Proven track record delivering against scope, budget, schedule and quality targets.
- Background in Oracle Retail (RMS, ReSA, RPM, SIM, RPAS or similar) or large‑scale retail technology programmes.
- Excellent planning, problem‑solving and facilitation skills.
- Strong stakeholder management across senior business and technology leaders.
- Ability to communicate complex technical detail to non‑technical audiences.
- Experience working within major retail organisations or retail technology domains.
- Experience in Supply Chain, Merchandising, Planning, Store Operations or Digital retail domains.
- Professional certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, APM, Scrum Master, SAFe).
