Overview
We are seeking a Telecom OSS Business Analyst with strong expertise in the Plan & Build domain to gather, analyse, and translate business requirements into clear functional specifications that support network planning, design, build, and rollout processes across fixed and mobile networks.
Responsibilities- Collaborate with engineering, architecture, field operations, and project teams to streamline workflows for site planning, survey, design approvals, capacity planning, network expansion, resource management, and construction tracking.
- Analyse business requirements and translate them into clear functional specifications that support OSS planning and inventory, GIS/data models, network design processes, and end-to-end build lifecycle management.
- Drive process optimisation, requirements documentation, data validation, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure high quality delivery.
- Strong analytical skills and stakeholder communication.
- Ability to map complex operational needs into robust, scalable OSS capabilities.
- Experience with OSS systems for planning and inventory, GIS/data models, and end-to-end network design and build processes.
