  • Own the data strategy for structured and unstructured data across systems—including CRM, ERP, DMS, and customer-facing platforms
  • Design data models, data flow architectures, and system integrations to support analytics, operational reporting, AI/ML, and real-time decision-making
  • Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, solution architects, and business stakeholders to define and document data needs and data platform capabilities
  • Drive implementation of modern data architecture patterns (e.g., data lakes, lake houses, data mesh, real-time streaming)

  • Work with Security and Compliance teams to ensure adherence to data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR) and internal governance standards
  • Lead evaluation and integration of data tools, platforms, and technologies (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks, Azure Synapse, Kafka, dbt, Power BI)
  • Oversee data integration strategy across the enterprise—including ETL/ELT pipelines, APIs, and event-driven data streaming
  • Contribute to the development of a Data Center of Excellence (CoE) by sharing knowledge, reusable components, and data standards
  • Provide technical leadership on data-related projects and act as SME for enterprise data architecture
  • Advocate for data literacy and promote the value of data across business and technology teams
  • Mentor data engineers, BI developers, and other stakeholders in data architecture and best practices
  • Maintain comprehensive architecture documentation for metadata, data lineage, and data governance
