The RoleSpaghetti Bridge is looking for a Regional IT & Systems Partner to take ownership of IT environments across multiple sites within their region, ensuring systems are consistent, reliable, and aligned with operational needs.
This is a partner-style role rather than a ticket-based position — you’ll act as the go‑to IT lead for schools in your region while also supporting the rollout and standardisation of IT frameworks in new schools.
You’ll be responsible for the health, performance, and evolution of IT systems across a defined region, while also contributing to wider group-wide IT initiatives.
The role is remote, with regular travel required across sites (covering areas from Northampton, Gloucester, Swindon and Croydon, plus occasional visits to a central office in Yeovil).
Key Responsibilities- Audit and assess IT infrastructure, systems, networks, and security across sites
- Establish, implement, and maintain consistent IT standards and best practices
- Resolve complex technical issues that impact business operations
- Provide hands‑on support and technical mentoring
- Design and deliver systems and IT training for non‑technical users
- Support the rollout of new technology and systems, managing change effectively
- Act as the link between regional sites and the central IT & Systems function
- Produce clear reporting on performance, risks, and improvement activity
- Strong experience supporting IT environments across multiple locations
- Confident communicator able to translate technical information for non‑technical users
- Experience designing and delivering training (including documentation and e‑learning)
- Solid understanding of infrastructure, networks, and general IT best practice
- Strong working knowledge of Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- Comfortable working independently, prioritising workload, and travelling regularly
- Proactive, adaptable, and solutions‑driven
- High attention to detail with a strong sense of ownership
- Able to build trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Comfortable operating with autonomy in a regional role
- Remote working with regional travel
