We’re partnering with a fast-growing international construction products manufacturer on a mission to double turnover to £100m in the next 3 years through growth & acquisition.

To support this ambitious growth, they’re hiring a Head of Technology to join the Senior Leadership Team.

Reporting to the CIO, this is a high-visibility role combining strategic leadership and hands-on delivery.

You’ll shape the technology roadmap while leading a high-performing IT function for a 100-person business scaling rapidly.

✔ Technology strategy aligned to aggressive growth plans
✔ ERP optimisation and enterprise systems leadership
✔ Cloud infrastructure (Azure) & cybersecurity governance
✔ M&A technology integration
✔ Practical AI adoption to unlock efficiency and insight
