Oracle Fusion Payroll Functional Consultant Functional Expertise6+ years of Oracle Fusion Payroll Functional experience, with strong UK Payroll expertise.
In-depth knowledge of:- UK payroll legislation and HMRC compliance
- PAYE, NI, statutory absences and payments
- Auto-enrolment pensions and attachments
- Experience in Fusion Payroll retro processing and reconciliation.
- Experience with global payroll implementations (UK as primary country).
- HDL / HSDL
- OTBI & BI Publisher
- Good understanding of Fast Formulas (Payroll & Absence).
- Knowledge of Fusion HCM Extracts.
- Experience with Fusion quarterly updates and regression testing.
- Experience with Oracle Fusion Absence Management (UK).
- Exposure to Payroll Interface / Third-party payroll integrations.
- Oracle Fusion Payroll certification.
- Experience in AMS / Managed Services support.
