As our Oracle HCM team continues to grow, we are currently looking for highly experienced Senior Oracle Cloud HCM consultants to join our Workforce Transformation practice. • Working in our Workforce Transformation team of curious problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution, and collaborating across the PwC network to deliver innovative solutions.
• Leading and defining Oracle HCM solution design as part of wider HR transformation programmes.
• Managing multiple project work streams such as functional design, data migration, and integration to deliver high‑quality outcomes.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with senior client stakeholders, becoming a trusted advisor.
• Driving business development activities, including proposal creation and thought leadership in Digital HCM.
• Coaching and mentoring junior colleagues, supporting their career development and contributing to a positive team culture.
• Inspiring and motivating diverse teams, keeping PwC a fun and inclusive place to work.

• You have full lifecycle experience of at least five large Oracle Cloud HCM implementations, including at least one in a functional, technical lead, or solution architect role.
• You understand best practices across business processes, cross‑pillar dependencies, and implementation design within large‑scale transformation programmes.
• You can articulate clearly how Oracle Cloud HCM enables business transformation and supports benefits realisation.
• You have awareness of the broader Oracle ecosystem, including ERP, EPM, SCM, Analytics, and Integration.
• You bring experience in several of the following areas:
• Business development and pre‑sales
• Client stakeholder management
• Solution blueprinting and presentation
• Programme delivery planning and road‑mapping
• Integration and data migration
• You possess exceptional communication skills and can tell compelling stories that resonate with clients.
• You have a growth mindset, strong problem‑solving skills, and a passion for innovation.
• Oracle certification or equivalent work experience including international candidates who qualify through experience in their home country is desirable.
• UK Security Clearance is a plus.
