We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented GTM Specialist to support GTM manager in executing Go-to-Market strategies that drive the successful launch and lifecycle growth of B2C networking and smart home products in the UK and Ireland markets.
Key Responsibilities Market Entry Support- Assist in coordinating product launch plans, including pricing proposals, promotion timelines, and channel rollout suggestions.
- Conduct basic market research and keep updating to identify product USPs and user needs in the UK/Ireland market.
- Keep tracking GTM materials completed on time such as product messaging, comparison sheets, sales talking points, and use case summaries.
- Collaborate with internal teams (product, sales, marketing, logistics, after-sales) to ensure alignment of GTM efforts.
- Assist in preparing training documents on product specifications, sales scenarios, and basic troubleshooting tips.
- Support localization tasks, such as packaging checks and feature compatibility reviews.
- Track and report product KPIs (e.g., sales trends, ratings, return data).
- Help collect user feedback and competitors’ product database for internal analysis and reporting.
- Support planning of promotional campaigns across different lifecycle stages.
- Participate in product comparison and functional testing under daily usage conditions.
- Assist sales with basic technical documentation or proposals for consumer scenarios.
- Provide suggestions on local packaging, feature adjustments, or installation guides when applicable.
- 1–3 years’ experience in product marketing, GTM, or sales support (e-commerce business in B2C electronics or smart home sector).
- Passion for consumer electronics, smart home, or networking technology.
- Strong attention to detail, data, structured working habits, and willingness to learn.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English (Mandarin is a plus but not required).
