We’re looking for an Infrastructure Performance Analyst to transform complex operational and asset data into clear, actionable insights that improve reliability, efficiency, and value across our infrastructure portfolio.
Sitting at the intersection of data, operations, and asset management, you’ll provide the evidence base that underpins performance improvement, risk management, regulatory assurance, and investment decisions. This is a hybrid role with a minimum of 2 days per week in our Central Reading office.
In this role, you will:
- Define, track, and refine KPIs and KRIs covering asset health, reliability, safety, cost, and service performance
- Build dashboards and reports to turn complex datasets into actionable insight for operational teams and senior leaders
- Conduct trend, variance
, and root-cause analysis to identify risks and improvement opportunities - Support reliability programmes, maintenance strategies, and investment prioritisation
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance across reporting and analytics processes
- Identify opportunities to automate reporting and introduce advanced analytics
, including predictive maintenance and anomaly detection
You’ll be a strong fit if you:
- Have performance analysis experience in infrastructure or asset-intensive environments
- Are proficient in Excel, SQL, and at least one BI/analytics tool (Power BI preferred)
- Understand
asset management
, reliability principles
, and lifecycle costs - Can translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations for operational and senior stakeholders
