The Partner & Growth Manager will play a key role in both supporting and scaling our reseller and technology partner ecosystem and contributing to broader commercial growth initiatives across the business. This role is responsible for managing and enabling existing reseller partners, onboarding new partners as we expand, and ensuring partners are equipped with the processes, tools, and knowledge required to succeed.
In addition, the role will support the wider Growth Sales team across business development activities, pre-sales support, and solution design, acting as a connective layer between sales, partners, product, and delivery.
This is a hands‑on role suited to someone who is commercially minded, operationally strong, and comfortable working across sales, partnerships, and technical teams. This is a junior position that would suit someone with 1‑2 years commercial experience.
YourKey Responsibilities
- Act as a connector between partners and internal teams to streamline
- Identify recurring partner or process issues and drive improvements and reduce friction over time
- Contribute to the evolution of the partner programme and growth motion
- Act as the primary point of contact for Reseller partner queries across commercial, process, documentation, and solution topics
- Reseller partners are onboarded efficiently and meet readiness criteria (sales and technical)
- Partners are actively engaged and progressing opportunities
- New partners are identified and evaluated in line with our GTM strategy
- Salesforce and Ebsta records are kept up to date
- Accurate forecasting of opportunities
- Contracts are fulfilled to the company standard
- Ability to work with and leverage sales, product, engineering,
and all teams across the entire business. - Ability to create customer and partner facing documentation, presentations, and process materials
- Strong commercial awareness and understanding of sales cycles
- Proactive and self‑motivated
- Comfortable working in a fast‑growing, evolving environment
- Commercially curious with a problem solving and creative mindset
- Confident working with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders of varying levels up to C‑suite
- Able to balance operational execution with strategic thinking
