Role: Enterprise Architect - Public Sector/Council
Location: UK (Hybrid)
We’re looking for an experienced Enterprise Architect to support a major transformation programme. This role will focus on reviewing current systems, defining a clear target architecture, and building a practical roadmap to get there.
Location: Hybrid (Reading/Leeds) with occasional travel to client sites when needed.
What you’ll be doing
- Assess the current application and systems landscape
- Identify gaps, duplication, and legacy challenges
- Define a target architecture aligned to business needs
- Create a phased, realistic roadmap for change
- Work closely with senior stakeholders across tech and business teams
- Lead workshops and provide architectural oversight
What we’re looking for
- Strong experience in enterprise architecture
- Background working in complex environments / transformation programmes
- Good understanding of systems integration and data flows
- Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and guiding decisions
- Practical, delivery-focused mindset
