Reactive Maintenance Lead

? We’re looking for a Technical Delivery Manager on a contract basis to work for one of our high profile clients, to own the end-to-end delivery of high-profile digital initiatives, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, on scope, and to the highest quality
.

You’ll be at the heart of a cross-functional delivery team
, collaborating with external engineering partners, Product Owners, designers, PMO teams, and senior stakeholders
. You’ll manage the lifecycle of complex projects, remove blockers, mitigate risks, and drive continuous improvement—all while shaping how we deliver exciting digital products to consumers
.

• Lead End-to-End Delivery:
  Take ownership of planning and executing complex technical projects from concept to launch.
• Ensure delivery aligns with scope, budget, and timeline commitments.

• Act as the bridge between external technical partners, internal engineering teams, and non-technical stakeholders.
• Align priorities, manage expectations, and maintain clear, open communication.
• Identify, assess, and proactively manage risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Ensure smooth project flow and escalate challenges when necessary.

• Champion improvements in delivery methods and ways of working.
• Build high-performing teams, creating a productive and collaborative environment.

• Ensure the right people with the right skills are assigned to each project.
• Balance team workloads to maximize efficiency and output.

• Strong experience in technical project management, technical delivery management, or digital delivery roles within a technology or product environment.
• Experience delivering consumer-facing digital products (B2C) on web platforms and/or mobile applications
• Proficiency in Agile frameworks (Scrum) and traditional Project Management (Waterfall)
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), web and app development, CMS, webchat, UX, e-commerce, online payments, CRM, tracking are all relevant
• Confident user of Jira/confluence, along with Excel and PowerPoint.  is useful but not mandatory
