Senior Data Analyst (Hybrid - Reading area)

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Data Analyst to join a growing organisation placing data at the heart of its decision-making.

You’ll be joining at a pivotal stage of growth, with the opportunity to influence how data is used across the business. Working closely with stakeholders at all levels, you’ll play a key role in shaping insight, improving performance, and embedding a more data-driven culture.

• Take ownership of end-to-end analytics projects with real business impact
• Help shape and mentor a developing data function
  , influencing ways of working
• Drive improvements in data quality, reporting processes, and tooling
• Work closely with stakeholders to turn business challenges into actionable insight
• Analyse large and complex datasets to uncover trends and opportunities
• Build engaging dashboards and visualisations that inform strategic decisions
• Conduct deep-dive analysis to identify performance improvements and efficiencies
• Contribute to data governance and best practice

• Create clear documentation and standards that improve data accessibility

You’re someone who enjoys solving complex problems and making data meaningful.

You’ll bring experience in:

• Advanced SQL and data analysis
• Creating impactful dashboards and visualisations
• Developing data models and reporting structures
• Working with large datasets in a scalable way
• Communicating insights to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Leading or contributing to high-impact data projects

You may also have exposure to:

• Python or R
• Cloud-based or modern data platforms
• Predictive analytics or machine learning
• Fast-paced or evolving business environments

• Salary of up to £60,000 DOE
