Service Now Developer (configuration, customisation, scripting and integration) Service Now Technical Architect (platform / solution design) Technical Business Analyst (ITSM / ITOM focused) Service Now Functional Consultant (ITSM-led delivery) You will be comfortable operating within regulated, secure environments , confident working across Service Now platforms, and able to support hands-on delivery from requirements and design through to configuration, build and optimisation.
